- Items Purchased Within 30 Days: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and attach the return label to the outside of the box. Drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.
- Relax! Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange immediately!

- We Ship the New Item: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship out your new item immediately! You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
No Restocking Fees, Ever! We never charge restocking fees. We want you to find the perfect toy for your little one, and we’re happy to help you do that.

We believe that returns should be free and easy. That’s why we offer FREE return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States. No hidden fees, no surprises. Just a simple, stress-free return process.
Once you contact us to initiate a return, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label. Just print it out, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Damaged or Defective Items (We’re So Sorry!)
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize! We take pride in the quality of our products, and we’re disappointed when something isn’t right. Non-Returnable Items (A Few Exceptions)
While we try to be as flexible as possible, there are a few items that are not eligible for return:
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Personalized Items: Items that have been personalized or customized specifically for you are not eligible for return.
