4. Relax! Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange immediately!

No Restocking Fees, Ever! We never charge restocking fees. We want you to find the perfect toy for your little one, and we’re happy to help you do that.

We believe that returns should be free and easy. That’s why we offer FREE return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States. No hidden fees, no surprises. Just a simple, stress-free return process.

Damaged or Defective Items (We’re So Sorry!)

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize! We take pride in the quality of our products, and we’re disappointed when something isn’t right.
